We want you to be happy with your order. How a return or refund works depends on the type of product you bought, because St. Kitts Nevis Flag sells both our own made-to-order products and items from independent sellers. Please read the section that applies to your order.
Made-to-order first-party products
Our first-party products (such as the Rooted in St. Kitts & Nevis and Two Islands One Paradise designs) are printed especially for you after you order. Because each item is made on demand, we are not always able to accept returns simply for a change of mind. Please choose your size, colour and design carefully before ordering, and check the size guide where one is provided.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right. Please contact us promptly, ideally within 14 days of delivery, so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Independent seller products
Products sold by independent sellers are fulfilled directly by the seller. Returns and refunds for those items are handled according to the seller terms, but the marketplace is happy to help coordinate and reach a fair outcome if something goes wrong.
How to report an issue or request a return
Email shopskn@stkittsnevisflag.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. The more detail you can give us, the faster we can help.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic in every situation. Where a refund is approved, it is normally issued to your original payment method. St. Kitts Nevis Flag is operated by Book Nevis Ltd, so your refund may appear on your statement as Book Nevis Ltd. We will always aim to be fair and reasonable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
