Depending on your order, this may include: our print partner, Printful, who prints and ships our made-to-order products; the independent seller who fulfils your order when you buy a seller product; our payment processor, PayPal (payments are handled by Book Nevis Ltd, which operates St. Kitts Nevis Flag, so your card or PayPal statement may show Book Nevis Ltd or sales@booknevis.com); the postal and delivery providers who carry your parcel; and the technical providers who keep the site running, such as hosting, security and backup services.
\n\nIndependent sellers may only use your details to fulfil and support your order. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing or to contact you about anything unrelated to your order.
How the site runs
The site is built on WordPress and uses WooCommerce and Dokan to run the shop and the seller marketplace. These tools form part of the normal operation of the website.
How long we keep information
\n\nWe keep order and account information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, handle returns and support, and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Order records connected to payments and accounting are kept for as long as the law requires. Information that is no longer needed is removed or anonymised.
