The marketplace offers both our own first-party products and products from independent sellers. First-party products are sold by St. Kitts Nevis Flag; seller products are sold by the individual seller who lists them.

We try to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but these can change and occasional errors may occur. Where we spot a clear error, we may correct it.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to a pricing or stock error or suspected fraud, and will let you know if we do.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal by Book Nevis Ltd, which operates St. Kitts Nevis Flag. Depending on your payment method, your PayPal receipt, card statement or payment confirmation may show Book Nevis Ltd, sales@booknevis.com, or similar wording linked to Book Nevis Ltd. Your order, confirmation and customer support remain with St. Kitts Nevis Flag.
Shipping, delivery and production times
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Made-to-order products have a production time in addition to delivery. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Made-to-order and seller-fulfilled products
Our first-party products are made to order and shipped by our print partner. Independent seller products are fulfilled by the seller. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The content, branding and designs on this site belong to St. Kitts Nevis Flag or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
